This error is caused by a login and/or password validation failure. It can also be caused if there is an active VyprVPN connection and a new connection is attempted.
- Verify the login and password are correctly typed with correct capitalization.
- Ensure that you do have too many active VPN connections on other devices. Log in to the customer control panel and view the "Dashboard" tab to view your current VyprVPN connections and to check that your account is active.
- Log out of the application and log back in.
