You may have reached your 10 GB trial limit. If this is the case, your account has been temporarily locked. The account will remain locked until the conclusion of the free 14-day trial, or until your trial period has been manually concluded.
To manually conclude your trial period and unlock unlimited downloads, log in to the Giganews Control Panel and select the option to Activate Full Service.
(Note: When you activate full service, your billing period will start and you will be billed for your first term of service on the same day.)
