Please use the Giganews Control Panel to keep all your payment information current. If you move or any of your billing information changes, it is your responsibility to update your information.
On the 15th of every month, Giganews sends out email notifications to all members who have a credit card on file that will expire at the end of the month. These emails are sent to the email address that we have listed on your account. If the information is not updated by the time the account is invoiced, the account will be put on a temporary hold until payment has been received. We will also send an email notice to the email address that we have listed on the account if the account is temporarily placed on hold for this reason.
If a temporary hold is placed on an account for this reason, simply log into the Giganews Control Panel, www.giganews.com, and update your information. Your account will be fully reactivated within 15-30 minutes.
