If you have enabled Kill Switch on the System level and VyprVPN is disconnected, then yes, the Kill Switch feature is the cause for the inability to access the Internet. To re-establish your Internet connection, you must start VyprVPN and either 1) Connect to VyprVPN or 2) Disable Kill Switch for the Customize menu.
If you do not have Kill Switch enabled in the Customize menu, then it is likely that you are unable to access the Internet for other reasons unrelated to VyprVPN services. You may contact our Support team to help troubleshoot the problem if needed.
